To retreat is a way to come back home, to yourself and your heart and get in contact with your deeper wisdom. Through the ancient practices yoga, meditation, listening and relaxation we offer you a possibility to re-connect with your body, mind and spirit and get in contact with your innate wisdom and compassion. Sound and music frames the retreat and offers a way to deepen your journey through vibration and engage with all your senses.
