STILLNESS BETWEEN SOUNDS
Yoga, meditation and live music retreat
23-26 JULY 2020
FINNSKOGEN RETREAT NORWAY
"Into the forest I go to lose my mind and
find my soul."
Let’s leave the busy urban life behind and join us for a retreat in the deep Norwegian forests! Set in beautiful natural surroundings Finnskogen retreat offers something so many of us long for - stillness, simplicity and natural beauty.
To retreat is a way to come back home, to yourself and your heart and get in contact with your deeper wisdom. Through the ancient practices yoga, meditation and relaxation we offer you a possibility to re-connect with your body, mind and spirit and get in contact with your innate wisdom and compassion. Sound and music frames the retreat and offers a way to engage with all your senses.
Irina Khitrova and Josephine Norrbo draw their teaching from the yogic and Buddhist tradition combined with modern yoga therapy. They both wish to offer yoga and meditation that are based in somatic experience and your own body’s wisdom to know how to move and what you need. Together with the talented musician Matti Nilsson they create a space where you can explore and relax, enjoy and play and just be who you are.
The retreat will partly be in silence and will give you plenty of time to enjoy the forest and each others company. Food will be simple, nutritious and shared.
