yoga, meditation & live music retreat
17 - 19 April 2020
Säbyholms gård Laholm
A retreat is a chance to take a break from your every day life, tune into your self and explore your inner world. Join us for a magical weekend at the beautiful Säbyholms gård outside of Laholm!
This retreat is a collaboration between two yoga- and meditation teachers, Josephine and Irina, and one musician, Matti. Together we hold space for you to come to your senses and give you the opportunity to find rest and peace within you. The live music performed by the musician Matti Nilsson runs like a red thread through the retreat and is mixed with soft yoga, meditation, pranayama and nourishing vegan food and set in beautiful natural surrondings. This weekend is for you to recover; to rest in your body, in nature and in music without doing, improving or changing. Instead, just be present and thus create opportunity and space for yourself and your inner world. You learn simple techniques to calm your mind, get into your body and invite relaxation. We also enjoy each others company and the magic that can happen when we are allowed to be together without having to achieve anything.
